The history of ajhtraining

ajhtraining ltd was formed by Andrew Harrison BA (Hons) PGCE, an investigator with 40 years extensive and diverse police experience, more than half at management level. His services have been employed by national and international police and law enforcement agencies.

Andrew has extensive practical training background; a Honours Degree, Post Graduate Certificate in Education; City & Guilds and other educational and training qualifications. He has more than 30 years experience of coaching, training and development and is an experienced and confident leader. He has dealt with both overt and covert, highly operational investigative methods in strategic, tactical and training roles.

Andrew has developed as a much sought after coach, trainer and mentor. Enthusiastic and encouraging, he uses his extensive operational and training experience to design and deliver nationally accredited training programmes. He has worked closely mentoring students at
Manchester M University  and is an associate trainer at several National & International Law Enforcement Agencies. He also advises global corporations on asset protection and designs & delivers bespoke programmes to suit and is an associate trainer at several National and International Law Enforcement Agencies and the College of Policing.

Andrew is also an accredited National Police Trainer, Coach and Development Officer with a history of proven mentorship and management experience.

Vetted to SC Level, he is nationally accredited and an experienced trainer in a variety of disciplines including, covert tactics, investigations, interviewing, intelligence, education, training and personal development.  He is a member of the International Investigative Interviewing Research Group. 

Nationally experienced, qualified and a trained professional investigative interviewer and adviser, Andrew is a confident public speaker, and presenter. He encourages, inspires and motivates others. Andrew is particularly adept at introducing and managing change.
